Dana Jones is a Gulfport native and professional athlete. She has a Master's in Sports Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. Her passion for fitness stems from her experience in coaching and playing basketball. 

She specializes in sports performance, youth fitness, weight loss, and muscle gain.

Dana believes that fitness is the key to a healthy body, mind, and spirit. She is committed to helping people of all ages and walks of life reach their personal fitness goals.

Ray Macintyre is a native of the Gulf Coast. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through International Sports Science Association. 

Self Fitness was founded by Ray in 2017 as he made the decision to strive for a healthier lifestyle. Weighing in at 427lbs he began to make small changes in his daily routine and as a result Ray lost 200lbs! 

After his own amazing transformation Ray developed a passion to help other achieve their goals to a fit lifestyle.  He believes you are destined to look and feel your best!
